Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge

One of the places we wanted to see while in the area was this wildlife sanctuary.  Other than being way too hot to stay outside very long - esp. for a weather weenie like me - it was a good place and a good visit.

 Pretty panther.

 Lazy liger (lion-tiger hybrid).

 Frisky leopard.

 Very frisky tiger!

Oh darn, saw me.  Oh well.

 Hairy Bearie.

Mmmm-mmm, bug!?!

 Poor bored little bear.

Time to play!  Where there's a will, there's a way!  Right?  Well, maybe not.  This young grizz tried really hard to get that ball into his tub, but he couldn't quite manage it.

Wait!  He found another toy!  His foot!!  Poor feet.  He chewed on them so much and so hard, you could hear the squeaky wet rubber sound of teeth on foot pad.

Let's see, it would take about four or more of her to make up a tiger's volume?
