Another shot at the RV park. A note on where we stayed (Wanderlust RV Park). Our first impression of it was not so good. Just a gravel parking lot perched on top of a hill with everyone crammed in. It got better during the week when not so crowded (as did the town in general). And it's location has good and bad - it's very close to everything in town, but because it's on a hilltop/ridge, it's a pretty small space so crowding is hard to avoid. And it didn't help that temps in late June were going way over 100! Made for a cranky CarrieBearie!!! In fact, on June 25th, it got up around 104+ outside, and sitting in full sun, the poor motorhome AC couldn't get us down below 89 INSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! So...on June 26th we made up our battle plans, and on June 27th...we were OUTTA THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
